Being fair about it
On pay as you go we are cheaper at every quantity: £1.19 including VAT against £1.50 to £1.60 plus VAT for a single envelope, and around £1 plus VAT even on their largest bundle. And our price does not depend on buying in bulk, so you get the same rate whether you send one document or five hundred.
Their monthly plans are a different matter. At £31 a month for 50 envelopes that works out around 62p each, which we do not beat. If you reliably send that many every month, a plan will cost you less than paying us per document. That is a genuine trade and we would rather set it out than have you discover it later.
They also hold ISO 27001, which we do not, and they have years of customers and reviews behind them. If a formal certification is on your procurement checklist, that is a real reason to choose them.
What we offer is the lowest pay-as-you-go rate we are aware of in the UK, with one price and nothing to work out. Signable has pay as you go, five bundle sizes and four monthly plans; picking the wrong one costs you money. We have £1.19.
