GetSigning vs Dropbox Sign
Dropbox Sign, which used to be HelloSign, is a clean and well-made product. Its pricing is per user per month, and its Standard plan has a two seat minimum, so the realistic entry price is double the headline even if you work alone.

This is the closest comparison on price
Dropbox Sign's cheapest paid plan is around £12 a month for unlimited sending. That means the crossover is genuinely close: at eight documents a month you are paying about the same either way.
Below eight a month, per-document wins, and it wins by more the less you send. Above it, an unlimited subscription is cheaper as long as you keep sending every month. The question is not really which is cheaper on average, it is whether your volume is steady. Subscriptions punish irregular months. Ours does not.
If you send twenty or more documents every single month, an unlimited plan will probably cost you less than we will. That is worth knowing before you sign up rather than after.
Where we differ
- Quiet months are free. Builders, letting agents and consultants rarely send the same number of contracts twelve months running.
- No seat minimum and no per-user fee. Add your whole office.
- UK hosting and a UK company, which matters if your clients ask where their data goes.
- A simpler product. We do signing. Dropbox Sign does more, and if you need more, that is a reason to choose it.
£1.19 a document. That is the whole price list.
Three documents free to try it, no card needed. Every signature comes with a certificate and a tamper-evident audit trail.
